MARKETING 360 REVIEW-POOR PERFORMANCE AND DELIBERATE DELAYS!

Here are some HUGE TIPS – WARNINGS

  1. Ask them about Non-Performance and Poor-Performance term to be included in the contract/agreement.
  2. Ask who should you talk to when it (non-performance and poor-performance) happens
  3. Use Credit Card – (I used a debit card by mistake)
  4. DO NOT TRUST THEM – THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!

What they did!

  1. Deliberate delays in progress – will get it done by our team by next week and so on, and keep on charging your card.
  2. Will hire poor talented people so we end up telling them, guiding them, instructing them and fixing their issues which should not have happened in the first place.
  3. Even after asking David and Derek who made you sign the agreement in a rush, will NOT respond to any questions or call back.
  4. They assign the issues to subordinates who cannot solve the issues.

So PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.  YOU WILL REPENT IT.

I sent them an email (in advance) asking them to call me to discuss about delays and poor performance and NOT to CHARGE MY CARD, until we discuss.

Guess what, neither David nor Derek “RESPONDED” OR bothered to call me to find out what the problem was, or acknowledged my email.

They went ahead and charged my card anyway and did NOT Call back.  Then I had to cancel my card.

They are heartless they don’t care.  All what I asked them was to refund my last payment/deduction and call it a day, but they wanted to FIX WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AFTER ABOUT 3 WEEKS.

WATCH OUT GUYS/GALS DON’T FALL FOR THE FANCY LOOKING WEBSITE.  WHAT MATTERS IS WHO IS handling (doing the actual work) your work.  If you get the feel in 2-3 meetings (by 2nd or 3rd week), conversations, put a stop to your card or cancel your card and hold payment until “real” progress is seen.

PS:  I have NEVER written a bad review for anyone, because I try to resolve it with that person or company, but in this case it became my responsibility to inform and  warn people in general looking for marketing with this company.
